Volume 1: The Resilient Ones Weekly
The Year Resilient Ones Was Built
Hey Resilient Ones,
Before we share what’s coming next, we want to acknowledge you and the entire Resilient Ones community for what was built this past year.
It deserves to be recognized.
Some parts weren’t easy.
But we made it happen. And we did it together.
If you attended a Resilient Ones event,
took part in our coaching programs or challenges,
or connected with this community in any way,
You found the right place.
And you were part of what was built this year.
2025 in Review
A snapshot of what this year looked like.
These are markers of consistency, presence, and shared effort.
-
7 community-led events across Toronto
-
Over 120 classes taught in studios and shared spaces reaching over 5,000 people
-
300+ people (and growing) joined the Resilient Ones community
-
Collective hours spent moving, breathing, learning, and building resilience
-
A growing group of people choosing to show up for themselves
This all happened because we each decided to show up. Together.

Why That Matters
This year proved that there’s a real appetite for people who want to better themselves, do honest work, and leave stronger than when they arrived.
People who aren’t just built on hype. But grit, determination, and a knowing and yearning for the betterment of self and those around them.
You helped create that.
Here's what we're building:
As we move into year two, Resilient Ones is becoming even more intentional, more personal, and more community-led.
The focus isn’t expansion for the sake of it.
It’s quality. Depth.
And creating spaces where people feel safe, connected, and willing to do the hard work together.
Here’s what’s coming up:
-
Additional openings for our 1:1 and Group Coaching Apex Protocols.
-
A new 21-day experience designed to help you connect with your body, mind, and routine.
-
A new partnership with an accountability app focused on routines, mindfulness, and staying consistent between sessions.
-
Elevated Resilient Ones Community events for deeper conversation and practice.
-
Support that doesn’t end when the session does.
More details will come, stay tuned!
Tool of the Week
Close the year properly
Before you move on, take a few minutes to reflect. You can write these out or think them through:
- What was one situation this year that tested me, and what did I do when it got hard?
- Name the situation. What decision did you make? What action did you take instead of checking out or avoiding it?
- What did this year teach me through experience that I’m going to carry into the new year?
- What do you handle differently now then you did at the start of the year?
- What am I proud of myself for not giving up on?
- A responsibility. A routine. A hard conversation. Something you stayed with even when it would have been easier to quit.
This matters because it shows you what you’ve overcome.
It helps you see what you are capable of instead of letting it fade into the background.
Acknowledging the work you did allows you to start the new year knowing what worked, what didn’t, and how strong your capacity and integrity are to move through it.
Thanks for being part of this.
If you’re here, you contributed to what Resilient Ones became this year.
More to come in the year ahead.
Adam
